hancel Choir
Handbell Choir
The West Asheville Presbyterian Handbell choir is a fun loving group of people determined to praise God and have a fun time doing it. We practice most Sundays from 4:00 pm. to 5:30 pm.  For more information please feel free to contact Karen Hawkins, Handbell Director at karena@chaerter.net or phone 828-683-9048
Starting even with the tiny babies we sing, play instruments, learn to listen with intent and do lots of creative movement to music. More and more research is showing music to be a powerful tool in helping all children reach their potential physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially. Starting your child’s music education early will benefit them with school readiness skills, body and impulse control, reading and math skills, higher musical aptitude, and love for learning.

West Asheville Presbyterian Church's Youth Program.

The program is being organized by Wilson and Dana Hawes, and Casey Roberts, under the guidance of Kent Smith. The program will be tailored to fit our modern youth and their crazy schedules. We'll meet once a month and go somewhere and do something interesting.

You do not need to have a reservation – just show up.
